Hosokawa Micron moves offices from Cologne to Augsburg

Manufacture and assembly of the HOSOKAWA MICRON products – MIKRO ACM and MIKRO MAK classifier mills, the MIKRO Pulverizer hammer mill, the MIKRO classifier CC as well as cyclones and metering and discharge units – was already transferred from cologne to Augsburg in 2006.
And from 2012 onwards, the design & engineering, project planning and sales departments will also follow suit.  The product range of HOSOKAWA MICRON will remain in our portfolio, and we will continuously refine and develop it further. You will still be able to purchase spare parts from us for machines such as the MIKRO ACM classifier mills without problem – even for machines that were delivered many years ago. We will also continue to offer a full range of service, maintenance and upgrades in the future too.

Your former contacts for service and spare parts will remain in Cologne and can be reached under the telephone and fax numbers you are already familiar with.

The location in Augsburg has a highly effective testing centre that is unique in size and resources dedicated to process technology equipped with over 65 machines and systems, among them also machines belonging to the MIKRO series. Together with the fully equipped laboratory, it offers our customers ideal conditions to permit determining the optimum system configuration and process parameters.
