Specially optimised to recycle plastic
film, our Rotoplex® film granulators are particularly reliable
and cost-effective in operation, regardless of whether the feed
product is film edge trims, cast film, film waste, reel scrap
or finished film.
ALPINE has a vast fund of practical experience for in-line and
off-line modes of operation and supplies not only stand-alone
machines but also complete processing systems including fluff
transport units, silos and reclaim extruders.

Upon request, we offer a complete system solution from the customised film feeding unit right through to the film flake silo - including sound insulation.

3. In-line system
The flowchart shows a typical example of a BOPP recycling system. The granulator is located in a pit directly under the product exit point. A classic application for the legendary Rotoplex high capacity granulators, laid out for throughput rates of up to 10 t/h. |
