Specially optimised to recycle plastic film, our Rotoplex® film granulators are particularly reliable and cost-effective in operation, regardless of whether the feed product is film edge trims, cast film, film waste, reel scrap or finished film. ALPINE has a vast fund of practical experience for in-line and off-line modes of operation and supplies not only stand-alone machines but also complete processing systems including fluff transport units, silos and reclaim extruders. Our speciality for many years has been tailor-made recycling solutions for every type of film. Upon request, we offer a complete system solution from the customised film feeding unit right through to the film flake silo - including sound insulation. Alpine film recycling systems are efficient and their excellent cost-benefit ratio is convincing. 1. Film edge trim comminution system The continuous edge trims are extracted tension-free via separate pipelines. 2.
